Romaine Hummus Combo



2 pounds canned chickpeas (garbanzo beans) 

1 ounce Earth’s marinade

10 ounces tahini paste (sesame seed butter)

8 ounces lime juice (use less if preferred)



  1. Drain the chickpeas.

  2. Purée the chickpeas in a food processor or blender and add in Earth’s marinade.

  3. Add tahini, lime juice and blend to a smooth consistency.


Serving suggestion:

Divide 4 ounces of hummus onto 3 romaine leaves.

Limit 4 ounces of hummus total a day.
