Marinated Turkey Breast



1 pound raw turkey breast tenders

2 ounces Earth’s marinade

4 grams unrefined coconut oil



  1. Use a small toothpick, skewer or slicing knife and make insertions on turkey breast (do not pierce all the way through).

  2. Coat both sides of turkey breast with Earth’s Marinade. (Note: You can marinate turkey breast 1 to 2 days prior).

  3. Scale coconut oil and add to a sauté pan on high heat.

  4. Place marinated turkey breasts in pan presentation side down. Cook for 2-3 minutes until turkey breast is seared (golden brown and crisp on the edges).

  5. Flip over turkey breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes on medium-low heat and cover with lid.

  6. Remove one breast and slice to check if it is fully cooked. (Tip: Be careful not to overcook turkey as turkey cooks quickly and will taste dry when overcooked.)

  7. Scale a 6-ounce cooked turkey breast portion, slice on a bias, serve and enjoy!
