Marinated Lamb

 

 

Ingredients:

Rack of lamb

Earth’s Marinade

Herbs (optional)

 

Serve with Roasted Sweet Potato Delight (link to recipe)

 

Directions:

  1. Use a small toothpick, skewer or slicing knife and make insertions on lamb (do not pierce all the way through).

  2. Coat both sides of lamb with Earth’s Marinade. You can add additional herbs at this time. (Note: You can marinade lamb 1 to 2 days prior) 

  3. Preheat oven on broil (high mode) for 15 minutes.

  4. Place lamb in oven on second top tier. 

  5. Broil for 7 minutes on one side and 3 minutes on the other side. (Adjust time depending on the thickness of lamb)

 

Stove top option:

  1. Preheat sauté pan on medium heat.

  2. Coat pan with olive oil (make sure oil is hot enough before placing lamb down).

  3. Cook lamb until seared on one side before flipping over. Then lower heat from medium to low.

  4. Cook to desired temperature (rare, medium rare, medium, well done).
